1. OWNERSHIP

Grosvenor Casino is a limited company registered in Alderney. Its registered office is at Millennium House, Ollivier Street, St Anne, Alderney, GY9 3TD. Grosvenor Casino is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Rank Group Plc, which owns Grosvenor Casinos, Mecca Bingo. Grosvenor Casino is licensed to provide online gaming under an Online Gambling Licence issued by the Alderney Government. All bets placed through this site are placed with Grosvenor Casino. The copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights ('IPR') in material displayed on or via this website ('Website Materials' which expression includes text, data, graphics, photographs, videos, animation, images and audio visual content) are owned by or licensed to Grosvenor Casino. This IPR is protected by the laws of Alderney, international treaties and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to respect our IPR.

2. WEBSITE MATERIALS

2.1 Some Website Materials including the Registration Form are freely accessible to the public (the 'Public Materials'). Other Website Materials (the 'Restricted Materials') are reserved to those persons who have registered with us or who have as a guest been specifically authorised by us to access those materials.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

3.1 You must not register or seek to register with Grosvenor casino or place or seek to place any wager through this website or play any game ('game' being any product offered on this website) for money if -
(A) You are located in a jurisdiction, including the USA, in which such registration and/or playing any of the games is unlawful or contrary to any applicable regulation at the time of registration or the playing of any of the games. It is your responsibility to ensure that this is not the case;
(B) You are under 18 years of age;
(C) You are not acting as principal and are acting on behalf of someone else; Or
(D) You are an employee of Grosvenor casino, senior and specifically identified employees of the Rank Group PLC's head office and Rank Gaming division's head office or an employee of any of Grosvenor casino's third party contractors such as licensors, software suppliers or developers.

3.2 By seeking to register with us and by playing any of the Games you represent and warrant to us that at all such times you will comply with the requirements of 3.1 above.

3.3 Persons in breach of 3.1 or otherwise in breach of these terms will not be entitled to collect any winnings. ANY PERSON WHO IS KNOWINGLY IN BREACH OF 3.1 IS COMMITING FRAUD AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

3.4 You agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published on this site from time to time. Such rules form part of and are incorporated in these terms.

3.5 You may only place wagers for the Games through this website. Attempts to place wagers through any other medium, including telephone, fax or post, will not be accepted.

3.6 You represent and warrant to us that all information provided to us in your registration or in connection with your account and all personal information provided subsequently to us is complete, accurate and not misleading and you agree to inform us immediately if there is any change to such information. This can be done in respect of certain account information by accessing the 'My Account' function; otherwise you can contact Customer Services.

3.7 Grosvenor Casino is an online gaming site licensed in the British Isles, operating for the use of adults only.

In accordance with Alderney legislation no person under the age of 18 (whether accessing this site from within the British Isles or outside the British Isles in any other jurisdiction) is allowed either to open an account with Grosvenor Casino or play games on this site for money.

4. UPDATES

You acknowledge that these terms are subject to change by us, and we reserve the right to change them at any time. Any such significant changes will, for a period of 4 weeks after their introduction, be highlighted in a pop-up box to these terms. 5. COPYING

5.1 Save as expressly provided in 7 below, any downloading, use or copying of Website Materials is strictly prohibited and, in particular, you agree to use the Website Materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for any business, commercial or public purpose.

5.2 The following activities are prohibited without our express prior written permission -
(a) the deployment within this website of any spider, robot, web crawler or other automated query program; and
(b) the re-use and/or aggregation of any of the Website Materials in the provision of a commercial service.

5.3 The copying and use of third party Website Materials accessed via this website is governed by the terms of use applicable to the third party site which you have accessed.

6. REGISTRATION

6.1 During registration we will request a password for security purposes. The password that you choose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account name and password are accepted by us on the understanding that you are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed your account and we are not informed, we accept no liability for monies or information lost.

6.2 You agree to be solely responsible for all use of this site or any playing of the Games through use of your account name and password.

6.3 We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity at any time and will be carrying out regular checks of our members. When possible withdrawals will be made using the same method as deposit. When this is not possible it will necessary to process a withdrawal using a different method. All members who withdraw by a different method than the one they used to deposit will be required to provide proof of age, identity and location. We reserve the right to conduct checks against any of the details provided to us and pursue this information through any channels and methods available to us. Failure to provide substantiated proof of age or other requested information will result in the suspension of your account. Any monies due or requested during this time will be withheld unless the requested information is provided.

6.4 In deciding whether to accept your application for membership we may use the information you have given us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with Experian Limited ("Experian") to confirm your identity. Experian will check any details we disclose to them against any databases (public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record of that check. Experian will also retain your personal information and may use it in the future to assist other companies with identity verification. You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose personal information which you provide us in connection with your application for membership and that such personal data may be recorded by us or Experian. Where we deem it necessary, you authorise us to confirm the accuracy of the information you have submitted against government-issued ID.

6.5 We reserve the right to refuse to register you and/or to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account at any time in each case in our sole and absolute discretion and we shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refund to you or withhold any payment of monies from or into your account if there is manipulation of our financial system or suspicion or evidence thereof or a breach or suspected breach of any applicable law, regulation or any of these terms, in each case without providing any reason. Use of any account otherwise than in accordance with these terms or any other abuse of any account is strictly prohibited.

6.6 We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account immediately and without consultation, notification or giving reasons therefore in the event that you cause to be published on, and/or send via, our site or by playing any of the Games any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language or material or if you breach, or are suspected of any breach of, any applicable law or regulation or should we deem it in our best interests to do so. This applies also to your registration details and to breach by you of our privacy policy (please see 13 below).

6.7 Use of the site will be closely monitored to ensure that no customer is using the site with a frequency or in a manner which might suggest that he or she is using it on behalf of someone else and we reserve the right to withhold any monies and/or suspend and/or terminate the registration and/or account if we consider that the site is so being used.

7. LICENCE TO USE SOFTWARE

7.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-transferable licence to use the software for the Games (the 'Software') strictly to play the Games in accordance with these terms and the rules of the Games. You may use the Software on any computer at which you are the primary user and provided always that you comply with these terms and the rules of each Game.

7.2 You may not sub-licence, nor assign or transfer this licence, nor rent or lease or licence or sub-licence this site or any part of it or any of the Games or any part of them. Except to the extent that such activities cannot be prevented pursuant to the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (or any legislation analogous thereto in Alderney or elsewhere), you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate or make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software or any material on our site or used for any of the Games.

7.3 Commercial use of our site or any of the Games is strictly prohibited. You are only allowed to place wagers on the Games for your own personal entertainment.

7.4 You agree to follow and comply with all computer instructions and directions sent over the Internet from us to you. Such instructions and directions form part of these terms and are legally binding on you.

8. YOUR ACCOUNT

8.1 In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us.

8.2 Only wagers placed from accounts set up through www.grosvenorcasino.com will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You can set up your account and make deposits and withdrawals by accessing the 'My Account' facility on this site. You can only register one credit or debit card number with your account and no card can be registered to more than one account. You can only use your credit or debit card to make deposits in the account with which they have been registered. You are only allowed one account. In the event of a duplicate accounts being created we will close one (or more) of your accounts and transfer any funds over to your open account. Bonus monies that breach the terms and conditions of the bonus money offer will not be transferred over.

8.3 Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other customer's account(s), or launder money and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obliged to inform you of the same, nor to give any reasons for doing so. You agree to waive any and all rights you may have, at law or otherwise, of whatever nature and in whatever jurisdiction, in connection with such disclosure.

8.4 There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can deposit in your account as follows -

Deposit by credit or debit card: each separate deposit must be at least 10 (Euro 15, USD 15) and your deposit can be no greater than 10,000 (Euro 15,000, USD 15,000) in one transaction.
We will not currently accept any other method of deposit to your account.

8.5 If we become aware, or suspect that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime, money laundering or similar activity then we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you. We shall be under no obligation to provide you with any reasons for so doing.

8.6 The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.

8.7 You must maintain your account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) for any reason and in any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account (after taking into account all previous wagers).

8.8 You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games by contacting Customer Services and stating that you wish to close your account. Please include your name, address, username and date of birth. Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and we will not accept wagers from this account. Any account that is blocked through use of the opt-out facility cannot be reactivated for at least seven days. You may self-regulate your limits by clicking on the 'Player Protection' link under 'My Account' when logged into the site. You can use this facility to lower your limits with immediate effect. You are also able to increase your limits, although such increases will not take effect until 7 days following the request, and may not exceed the house limits. Requests to increase limits are always subject to our consent.

8.9 Subject to these terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by debit card, Visa credit card or cheque (after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. Service charges are payable for withdrawals as set out below and will be deducted from your account at the time of withdrawal. In order to make a withdrawal from your account in excess of 10,000 you will be required to contact our Customer Services Team. Please note as follows -

Withdrawal by debit card and VISA credit cards not issued in the Americas: each withdrawal must be at least 10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than 10,000 in one transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to the card you have registered to your account and deposited funds with.
Withdrawal by bank wire: Each bank wire withdrawal is subject to an administration charge. For the first bank wire we will ask you to provide us with paper copies of your Passport / Driving Licence or Photo Identity Card AND a recent Credit Card / Bank Statement for the card you have registered with us, along with a copy of the front and back of the card registered on the Grosvenor account (unless you have already provided this information for registration purposes).

We reserve the right to make a charge directly on your account in respect of deposits or withdrawals which we believe have been made for purposes primarily associated with reasons other than wagering on the website. A charge may also be made by us on your account for manipulation of your account by the making of multiple deposits and withdrawals without significant play.

8.10 Subject to these terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.

8.11 If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to your account, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing the Games. These credits are defined as Bonus Money .You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the promotional campaign or competition. We reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to play the Games during the period specified in the promotion.

8.12 To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional information in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such information. In addition, we will not register you unless you provide us with the correct information requested of you.

8.13 If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. This can be done in respect of certain account information by accessing the 'My Account' function; otherwise you can contact Customer Services. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions which are declined as a result of incorrect details where you have failed to make us aware of any changes/correct details. Should your credit card be lost or stolen, you are required to notify Grosvenor Casino immediately by contacting Customer Services.

8.14 All limits in these terms and conditions are expressed in sterling. Where you have chosen during the registration process an account denominated in a different currency, the following exchange rates should be applied to the limits in these terms and conditions:

US Dollar - 1.500/
Euro - 1.500/

We reserve the right to amend the limits applying to Euro and USD accounts and alter the above rates at our discretion. We will not use the above rates to perform any currency conversion on your behalf. When you choose the currency denomination of your account in the registration process, you must make all payments into that account in that chosen currency and we will repay you only in that chosen currency, not any other. You will be solely responsible for any charges or exchange rates that may be levied by any financial institution relating to such deposits or withdrawals.

8.15 All Bonus Money must be played within 14 days of being credited to an account. Any bonus money in your account 14 days after first being credited will be deducted from your account. Winnings arising from the use of Bonus Money will not be removed after the 14 day period.

8.16 Customers may register 3 payment methods at any one time. When you attempt to deposit, you will be given the option of depositing using a new payment method. You can unregister a card if you have no outstanding balance across all our products in respect of that particular payment method (and your net deposit for that payment method is less zero.)

9. SECURITY POLICY

We are committed to the security of all personal details entered onto this site. Our systems are rigorously tested and have been developed with encryption software and secure socket layer technology. All banking details and transactions are also protected by firewalls with a view to ensuring the security of all personal information and your complete peace of mind.

It is only necessary to enter your debit/credit card details once when they are stored in our secure servers using an encryption algorithm. After that your debit/credit card details will only be used when you make a deposit or withdrawal which is then transmitted between our secure servers and the secure servers of one of the UK's leading e-commerce payment companies which in turn has secure encrypted links between itself and all the major banks.

Our employees do NOT have access to your full debit/credit card details.

10. RULES GOVERNING ALL GAMES

10.1 You fully accept and agree that random number generator software will determine the outcome of the Games.

10.2 You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the site or of the normal playing of any of the Games.

10.3 We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any wager at our discretion. We reserve the right to set the maximum and minimum stake amounts and these will be updated in the rules accessible on the website.

10.4 Wagers will be valid subject to these terms and the rules of each Game if accepted by our server. Until accepted, no communications from you shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to treat only.

10.5 You agree that we and our records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.

10.6 You shall not allow any other person or third party to use your account or your account name, password, or to accept any prize or participate in any of the Games. Any person found to have violated this section will not be entitled to collect any winnings.

10.7 Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you or any other payments to you are your sole responsibility. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other consideration.

10.8 You acknowledge that full freedom from errors and incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. If you become aware that the Software contains any error, or is incomplete, you shall promptly notify us by contacting Customer Services upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness. You undertake to refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever of that error or incompleteness and we reserve the right to recover any such advantage that you do gain from such error or incompleteness, as well as all associated costs, damages and expenses in making such recovery.

10.9 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes to the payout rates applying to the casino games. The payout rate applying to each game may be viewed by clicking on the 'Pay Table' tab on the right hand side game navigation bar within each game. It is your responsibility to note the payout rate applying to each game in each session before making a wager.

10.10 In some of the casino games you are able to increase your stake in increments of individual credits. If you increase the incremental credits bet to the maximum for the game, the stake is placed automatically and you acknowledge that such action represents your placement of a valid wager.

11. OUR LIABILITY

11.1 Save in respect of claims for death or personal injury arising from our negligence:

(b) We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer (if any) are not affected by these terms.

11.2 In particular and subject always to 11.1, we shall not be held liable or responsible for any consequences that occur through your use of our services where the circumstances that caused such consequences were beyond our reasonable control, including any loss or damage that has arisen through our site, our Games or our services or their content, including delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of our site or any error or omission in content.

11.3 We accept no responsibility and shall not be liable to you for the content of or use by you of any information or services offered by third parties advertising (including advertising by any referral companies) or otherwise posting information via our site (whether directly or via links to or from other sites or resources or through framing or other electronic mechanisms) nor can we be said to endorse the contents of such advertisements or information. In particular, we shall have no liability in respect of material hyper-linked to our web pages which may be misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, threatening or obscene or otherwise not in accordance with applicable laws or regulations and the provision by us of a link to another website does not constitute any authorisation to access materials held at that location.

All other product or company names, devices, logos, icons, graphics or designs referred to in the Website Materials are the trademarks of the respective owners and are exhibited only in such a manner as is intended to be for the benefit of such trademark owners. 13 PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION CONSENT

14 SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION

15 OVERVIEW

16 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alderney. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Alderney shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this website, and that the laws of Alderney shall govern such dispute or claim. However, we retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe that infringement of our intellectual property rights or breach of these terms is taking place or originating. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing this website. We operate this website from Alderney and make no representation or warranty that the information contained herein is appropriate or available for use in other locations outside Alderney.

1 DEFINITIONS

The following words and terms, when used with this agreement, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Software - the software licensed to us including any program or data file or any other content derived therefrom, that required to be downloaded, accessed or otherwise utilized by you from the Website enabling you to participate in the Online Casino;
Username and Password - the username and password which you choose on registration with the Online Casino;
You - the user of the Online Casino Software downloaded from the Website.

2 SUBJECT MATTER OF AGREEMENT

This agreement covers the arrangements between you and us in relation to your use of the Online Casino either for playing play-for-real or play-for-fun games.

3 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 You can only use the Online Casino and/or the Website if you are the legal age as determined by the law of the country where you live.

WE FURTHER RESERVE THE RIGHT IN THE EVENT OF SUCH ERRORS TO REMOVE ALL RELEVANT GAMES FROM THE SOFTWARE AND THE WEBSITE AND TAKE ANY OTHEHR ACTION TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS.

5 SECURITY
