American Roulette

Played throughout the world, Roulette is one of the classics. Its popularity lies in its simplicity and sparkle. You place your bet where you think the ball will land and then watch as we spin the wheel.

Game play:

  • You place your chips on a single number, colour or split.
  • The dealer then spins the wheel and plays the ball. The dealer will then call to say "no more bets" allowed.
  • If the ball drops on your number, colour or split - you win. The amount you win will be based on the odds shown at the table.

Blackjack

Blackjack is arguably the most skilful and fascinating of all casino games. Played between the dealer and player, the object is to get as close to 21 but not above. This game is fast paced and wins can increase when playing more than one box.

Game play:

  • The dealer deals two cards to each player. Jacks, Queens and Kings count as 10 and Aces count as 11 or 1 depending on how the score affects your hand.
  • If you want more cards to get closer to 21, ask the dealer for another card. If you’re happy with your hand just say ‘no more cards’. If your cards total over 21 then you lose the hand.
  • When you and the other players are happy with your hands, the dealer will draw one or more cards for their hand.
  • If your hand is closer to 21 than the dealer, you win. If the dealer has the same hand as you, no one wins and your bet is returned to you.

Super Stud Poker

This famous five-card game allows you to play against the dealer for the best hand. By adding a £1 bet to each hand you can play towards our progressive jackpot which is linked to other casinos throughout our estate.

Game play:

  • Place your initial bet in the box marked ‘ante’. If you want to enter into the Super Stud jackpot you need to place another £1 bet on the round marker.
  • The dealer will deal you five cards face down, and five to themselves. The dealer’s last card is placed face up to help you make your next decision. This is because the dealer’s hand only qualifies if it contains an Ace and a King or better.
  • If you think you are going to beat the dealer and decide to stay in the game, place your cards face down in the ‘raise’ box and make another bet of exactly double your ‘ante’ bet on top of your cards.
  • If you decide to ‘fold’, you lose your ‘ante’ bet and your extra bet if you have gone in for the jackpot.
  • The dealer shows you their other four cards. If they do not have an Ace and a King or better they will pay out even money on your ‘ante’ bet if your hand is still in play, without disclosing your hand. The ‘raise’ bet is left untouched.
  • If the dealer has a qualifying hand they will disclose your hand and compare it with theirs. If theirs is better, you lose both your ‘ante’ and your ‘raise’ bets. If your hand is better, they will pay you even money on your ‘ante’ bet and a bonus payment on your ‘raise’ according to the odds displayed on the table.

Three Card Poker

Fast and fun, Three Card Poker is just like Super Stud Poker except you play with three cards instead of five. There are four different ways you can win with this game.

Game play:

To play:

  • Place your bet on the box marked ‘ante’.
  • The dealer will deal three cards to each player and three to themselves.
  • Look at your cards and if you want to stay in the game place your ‘play’ bet on the table. This should be the same amount as your ‘ante’ bet.
  • If you don’t want to continue this game, just say ‘fold’. But you’ll lose your ‘ante’ bet.
  • If the dealer’s hand doesn’t have at least a Queen High, it doesn’t qualify so your ‘ante’ bet will be paid even money and your ‘play’ bet will be returned to you.
  • If the dealer does have a Queen High, you win evens on both your ‘ante’ and ‘play’ bets if your own hand is better. If the dealer’s hand is better than yours, you lose both bets.
  • You can place an optional separate bet on the Pair Plus box at the start of each game. Just ask the dealer for more information.

Punto Banco

Punto Banco is based on the popular French ‘Baccarat’. It’s a contest between two sides: Punto (Player) and Banco (Bank). You bet on which side you think will win with cards closest to 9. Punto Banco is only available in our Salon Privé.

Game play:

  • Each player places a bet in the betting area on either Punto, Banco or Stand Off (draw).
  • After the cards are dealt, if either the Punto or Banco hand has a total of 8 or 9, it is called a natural. Whoever is nearest to 9 wins and all bets are settled.
  • A natural 9 beats a natural 8. Two naturals of the same number are considered a Stand Off or a tie, in which case all the players who bet on Stand Off wins. The dealer then pays all bets that were placed on Stand Off.
